Breast Start is a community group, here to help all breastfeeding mums in Torfaen.

Breastfeeding mums run each group, and man helplines during the week.

We run friendly support groups for all breastfeeding mums in Torfaen. Each group meets once a week in Blaenavon, Cwmbrân or Pontypool for a chat and a cup of tea, while our children play.

If you are a mother who is breast feeding your baby or toddler, we'd love to meet you.

If you are having difficulties breast feeding we offer support, help and information.
