Breast Start is a community group, here to help all breastfeeding mums in Torfaen.

Breastfeeding mums run each group, and man helplines during the week.

We run friendly Baby and Toddler groups which also provide breastfeeding support, if you need it, for all breastfeeding mums in Torfaen. Each group meets once a week in Cwmbrân or Pontypool for a chat and a cup of tea, while our children play.

If you are a mother who is breast feeding your baby or toddler, we'd love to meet you.

If you are having difficulties starting, continuing or stopping breast feeding we offer support, help and information.
